Small IT support business, based in London, looking for someone to provide remote IT helpdesk services.
Our IT helpdesk is there to provide IT support to a small number of clients, all small businesses. Their users can call our support line to raise any IT issues. We are looking for someone to manage this phone line, answer calls (we use cloud based phones so easy to access), log any new issues on our ticketing system, and provide initial troubleshooting. Most calls are around Windows PC issues (performance, crashing apps etc) or Microsoft 365 issues - so anyone bidding need to be experienced with Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft 365.
You will need to speak clear fluent English, and be available during UK business hours. If you are based in or near London then that would be a bonus.
Initially looking for some cover for the week of 2nd Sept 2024 (so next week) for 5 days, however if it works well then we are open to making it a regular and ongoing thing.
Please only bid if you are a clear and fluent English speaker, with the ability to take calls during UK hours (i.e - in a suitable location), and with the skills to performance initial troubleshooting of any raised issues.
