Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks We’re Èse — a bold new drinks brand launching our first DTC campaign. We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated assistant to support us in building our online ecosystem and managing our product drop.
This is perfect for someone with experience in Shopify, marketing tools, and AI platforms like ChatGPT, who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and testing Shopify store, product pages, and basic landing pages
Support discount code tracking, upsell tools (ReConvert), and influencer activity
Help coordinate and track marketing tasks across Trello or Notion
Organise internal meetings and task deadlines
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support content writing, research, or planning
Communicate professionally with the team, freelancers, and suppliers
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Shopify and at least one DTC tool (Klaviyo, ReConvert, or similar)
Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools to get tasks done faster
Proactive, reliable, and good communicator
UK-based, preferably London
Project Scope:
Start immediately
4-8 hours/week (could increase depending on launch success)
Ongoing work likely if launch goes well
