I am looking for an assistant to help my growing business with workflow management and ensuring that work is complete in a timely manner.
Winning assistant will maintain our workflow planner and be responsible for following through jobs to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner by chasing relevant staff / clients for information / updates.
I would expect approx. 1 hour per day requirement as the job role develops to add and chase work.
