Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks We’re looking for an experienced UK-based freelance Pardot marketing specialist to support an education charity in designing and implementing improved email marketing to schools and educators, including initial setup and template development.
We’re looking to improve the depth of our engagement with new and existing customers over the next quarter. To do this, we need to improve the way we use email marketing to convert prospects and drive up sustained engagement.
We want you to review our Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement setup and develop a standard way of working to reach target segments, including developing standard templates for types of email, setting up some basic automations, and designing an engagement programme for us to pick up from you after the project. You’ll work alongside our small products and external relations teams, as part of a current project on increasing sales.
While we're aiming to adapt our approach as we progress, the current expected deliverables are: a written review of our current setup and a proposed approach to email product marketing and engagement using Pardot; a targeted email product marketing plan for the next quarter; email templates and a segmentation plan; and examples of targeted email content to hit key segments.
You’ll need to be UK-based, experienced in using and customising Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, experienced in identifying target segments and building customised journeys, and experienced in designing Pardot email templates and content.
