Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for a freelance writer or translator to support our software development team by creating, translating, editing, and improving professional business documents.
The work includes writing new content, translating documents, updating existing files, improving clarity, and formatting documents in DOCX and document-style PDF format. The documents may include project survey reports, project summaries, business proposals, SOPs, internal documents, client-facing reports, and product or service documents. Most files will be 3 to 10 pages in length.
We are looking for someone who can write clearly and professionally, has strong grammar and attention to detail, and has experience with business, technical, or software-related documentation.
Please note that we only want DOCX files and document-style PDFs. We are not looking for slide decks, presentation-style PDFs, low-quality template work, or AI filler content.
Candidates must provide 2 to 3 previous DOCX or PDF samples that show relevant experience. Please also include a short introduction, your working languages, your rate, and your usual delivery time.
This may lead to ongoing work for the right freelancer.
