Responsibilities - Source qualified developer candidates - Perform initial screening and communication - Verify English proficiency and experience level - Coordinate interview scheduling - Present high-quality candidates matching our requirements
Preferred Experience - Recruiting for remote engineering teams - Hiring senior backend, frontend, full-stack, or AI engineers - LATAM and international talent sourcing
