I am launching an early-stage digital platform within the technology learning space and am seeking a consultant to develop a focused, evidence-based go-to-market strategy with a clear 90-day execution plan.
This is a strategic engagement requiring structured thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate insight into practical, prioritised actions.
The focus of this engagement is to provide clarity, direction, and speed to execution.
Scope of Work:
I am looking for a consultant who can deliver:
1. Market & Competitive Insight (Targeted) Concise analysis of the tech learning / online education landscape Identification of key gaps, opportunities, and areas of saturation Competitor insight focused on positioning, not surface-level summaries 2. Positioning & USP Development Clear definition of a focused initial target audience Strong and differentiated positioning A compelling and commercially grounded value proposition 3. Go-To-Market Strategy Channel strategy aligned with a low-budget, early-stage launch Prioritisation of 2–3 high-impact acquisition approaches Clear rationale behind channel and audience selection 4. 90-Day Execution Plan (Core Deliverable) A structured 90-day roadmap broken down into weekly actions Clear, practical steps that can be implemented immediately Focus on traction, validation, and early growth Explicit prioritisation of what to focus on vs what to deprioritise Key Requirements: Work must be original, well-reasoned, and commercially grounded No generic templates or AI-generated reports Any data or insights should be relevant and clearly applied Output should prioritise clarity, structure, and usability over volume The plan should be actionable without requiring further interpretation
I am not looking for broad or generic marketing suggestions (e.g. “post consistently on social media”), but rather a focused plan with clear priorities and rationale.
Budget:
£600 (fixed) for the strategy and 90-day execution plan.
Optional Extended Scope (Agency-Level Support):
If you are an agency or able to provide additional brand and marketing assets, I am open to extending the scope and increasing the total budget up to £1,600.
This may include:
Brand toolkit (visual direction, tone, messaging consistency) Marketing toolkit (e.g. social media templates, content direction, basic assets) Additional Note:
I am looking to work with someone who can take the time to understand the brand I am building, so that all outputs feel cohesive and aligned.
This is not intended to be a purely transactional engagement. A strong understanding of the brand direction and consistency across strategy and execution is highly valued.
