Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are an AI-native subscription software company seeking a skilled UK bookkeeper to oversee a largely automated weekly bookkeeping process. Invoices are forwarded from email to Dext and must auto-publish into Xero. Subscription revenues are via Stripe; costs are prepaid or monthly SaaS bills. Xero should remain current so financial statements can be generated instantly and accurately. Require strong English, expert-level Dext and Xero experience, and one hour per week to review, reconcile and ensure near-real-time accounting integrity. We have an accountant in the UK who will then do a monthly or quarterly review, handle the VAT and statutory accounts. You will have a short call with me every two weeks.
