I am looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing administrative support. This is a remote, hourly position intended for a candidate who is looking for a consistent, long-term collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Inbox Management: Organizing folders, filtering inquiries, and responding to routine emails.
Data Entry & Management: Updating spreadsheets, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring data accuracy.
Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and sending reminders.
Web Research: Conducting thorough research on various topics and compiling findings into concise reports.
Ad-hoc Support: Assisting with document formatting, basic social media scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
