We are a newly established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Manchester. As we launch our operations, we require a professional, legally-sound Master Service Agreement (MSA) to serve as our foundational contract for all future client engagements.
Scope of Work: Because we are a new entity, we need a comprehensive "from-scratch" agreement governed by the laws of England & Wales. It must cover:
Framework: How we will attach future Statements of Work (SOWs). Liability: Robust protection regarding cybersecurity, data loss, and professional indemnity. Compliance: Full UK GDPR alignment. Future-Proofing: Non-solicitation of staff and RPI-linked price increase clauses.
Budget & Bids: Our listed budget is £200, but this is a placeholder. We are looking for quality and protection above all else. We will review all bids case-by-case—please bid what you feel is fair for a bespoke, high-quality document.
Requirements:
Strictly UK-based freelancers only. Experience with IT/MSP contracts is mandatory.
