Expected duration: Ongoing I run a social media marketing agency and I'm looking to bring someone new onto the team to manage a select number of client ad accounts.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding, but it is a role where you'll be supported properly.
You'll be working inside Meta Ads Manager daily, managing live campaigns for clients who are paying for results.
You'll need to understand how an ad campaign connects to a CRM, how leads flow through a funnel, and how to make sure every integration is set up correctly so nothing falls through the cracks.
If a lead comes in and lands in the wrong pipeline, that's something you'd be expected to catch before anyone else does.
What the role involves:
You'll manage a small portfolio of client accounts. Each week you'll record a short Loom overview (around 3 minutes) covering what's working, what needs improving, and the actions you're taking. This goes directly to the client, so it needs to be clear and professional.
You'll also join fortnightly one-hour meetings with the client and the account manager.
You'll report to the head of delivery, who is genuinely there to support you. Whether that's chasing content from the team for ads or helping you work through a challenge on an account, you won't be left on your own.
What I need from you:
Solid, proven experience running Meta ad campaigns
A genuine understanding of how funnels generate leads and how that connects to CRM pipelines
The ability to follow an SOP precisely and consistently
Strong attention to detail. We have zero tolerance for sloppy mistakes, and neither do our clients
Confidence communicating directly with clients in a friendly and professional way
Available during UK working hours
