As the market becomes increasingly competitive within our industry, particularly with the rise of new barbershops and salon-based businesses across the UK, we are looking to elevate our social media strategy with a results-driven expert who understands this landscape.
This is not a content creation role. We already have a videographer in place and a pipeline of new content ready to be filmed and released next month. What we need is someone who knows exactly how to deploy that content for maximum impact.
We are specifically looking for a social media specialist who can demonstrate proven, tested strategies that deliver measurable results. This includes expertise in timing, platform-specific optimisation, audience targeting, and high-conversion rollout strategies across multiple channels.
We are not interested in generic approaches or broad claims. We want someone who can clearly show what has worked, why it worked, and how it can be applied to our business to generate immediate traction and growth.
Our goal is not merely to post content, but to launch it strategically in a way that generates momentum, drives engagement, and produces real business outcomes from day one. Despite testing various keywords and approaches, we have not achieved the level of success we aim for.
The next stage is to refine and develop our content specifically to support this role, ensuring it aligns with a high-impact social media strategy that converts attention into measurable results.
