The task involves cross-referencing artist names in a spreadsheet with banner design files, organizing the correct files into a print folder, and updating the spreadsheet accordingly.
Project Overview • Total banner files available: ~400 • Banners that need to be located and prepared for print: ~250 • A spreadsheet with artist names already exists
Responsibilities 1. Review the existing spreadsheet of artists who have paid for banners. 2. Locate the matching banner file inside a master folder containing approximately 400 banner files. 3. When a matching banner is found: • Move the banner file into a “PRINT” folder • Mark the artist in the spreadsheet as DONE 4. If the banner cannot be found: • Mark the spreadsheet as BANNER NOT FOUND 5. Ensure file names match the artist name listed in the spreadsheet.
Final Deliverables
At the end of the project you will provide: • A folder containing all banners ready for printing (~250 files) • The updated spreadsheet with: • Completed banners marked DONE • Missing banners marked BANNER NOT FOUND
Requirements • Strong attention to detail • Ability to carefully match names between files and spreadsheets • Comfortable working with Google Drive / Dropbox / standard file folders • Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets)
