We are looking for a graphic designer (hourly) to help us turn an existing document into a professional brochure for an international tattoo artist trip and convention happening in Thailand in 2026.
This brochure will be sent to pre-registered tattoo artists who are considering joining the trip.
Project Overview
We are hosting an International Tattoo Artist Trip in Thailand (July 1–13) where a group of artists will travel together across multiple cities and tattoo at a major festival. 
The trip includes:
• Bangkok arrival and city exploration • Travel to Ubon Ratchathani for the Artistic Ink Festival • Tattooing at the convention • A Pattaya artist retreat after the convention • Team travel, networking, and content creation with international artists. 
Only 20 artist spots are available, so the brochure needs to look high-quality and professional. 
We are looking for a high quality finish like shown in this example:
We need a designer to turn it into a clean, visually appealing brochure.
Expected deliverables:
• 6–8 page brochure • PDF format for email distribution • Clean modern layout • Tattoo / travel aesthetic • Easy to read itinerary and pricing sections • Designed for mobile viewing and desktop
Sections that will be included: 1. Trip introduction 2. Founding artist team concept 3. Trip overview 4. Full travel schedule 5. What’s included / not included 6. Artist package pricing 7. Proper artist credit program 8. Cost breakdown
The brochure explains the $3,000 artist package, travel schedule, and the 1:1 Proper product credit program for artists.
