Poster specs • 2 posters • Size is estimated: 100 cm × 130 cm (portrait) - RATIO is correct = 1:1.3 • Background: black • All graphics and text: Same colour pink as our logo. See website.
The style should feel clean, boutique and minimal, matching our gym branding.

Poster content
Each poster will show two muscle groups, with four exercises per group.
Please include the 4 titles SHOULDERS, ARMS, BACK, CHEST
Each exercise should include:
• a female only graphic • two small graphics showing the start position and finish position • a simple arrow indicating movement direction, if required. • the exercise name
Illustrations should be simple line art, extremely similar to the example image provided. The female in the illustrations should have her hair in a high pony tail, with ample breast and butt, with a slim body.

The designer can interpret the movement and create clean illustrations based on these references.

Goal
The posters should help members quickly see simple dumbbell, kettlebell and bench exercises they can perform in the weights area.
They must be clear from a distance and visually clean, not crowded.
