We are looking for a Marketing Tracking & Attribution Specialist to help improve and maintain the tracking infrastructure across our marketing and CRM systems.
Our business generates inbound leads through Google Ads and landing pages, which flow through HubSpot CRM and Zapier automations.
We need someone who can ensure that tracking is accurate from click to CRM, allowing ad platforms to optimise for high-quality leads rather than just form submissions.
This is not a full-time role. We are looking for a highly competent specialist available on an ad-hoc basis to help diagnose issues, implement improvements, and maintain tracking reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Tracking Implementation
• Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager tracking setup • Configure Google Ads conversion tracking and enhanced conversions • Ensure Google Click ID (GCLID) tracking is captured correctly • Validate tracking across multi-page landing pages and forms

CRM & Automation Integration
Ensure marketing data flows correctly between systems:
• Debugging GCLID capture across landing page forms • Setting up GTM event tracking for form submissions • Ensuring HubSpot stores tracking parameters correctly • Passing lead values through Zapier back to Google Ads • Verifying conversion accuracy between platforms
