UK Education Off-Page SEO (Authority Building) — Quality Links + Citations (No Spam)
DESCRIPTION We’re a London-based education recruitment company (Impact Teachers). We want to hire a credible off-page SEO specialist to complete Phase 1 only: a clean audit + practical authority plan. This is a paid test project; if the output is strong, we will offer ongoing monthly work as a separate contract.
Phase 1 deliverables (this project only): 1. Backlink profile audit (risk + opportunities) - Identify any toxic/spam risks, obvious link scheme patterns, and quick wins - Light competitor off-page scan (2–3 UK competitors) 2. Prospecting & outreach plan - Provide a minimum 50-site prospect list relevant to UK education / recruitment / local London, including: -- Prospect URL -- Site type -- Why it’s relevant to us -- Outreach angle (resource page / broken link / unlinked mention / partnership) -- Suggested target page on our site 3. Citations / directories audit (NAP consistency) - Find existing listings, duplicates, and inconsistencies - Provide a fix plan (don’t make changes yet unless agreed)
Non-negotiables: - No PBNs, no link farms, no “DA/DR guaranteed” packages, no automated blast outreach - Manual research + transparent spreadsheet output - You must be willing to explain why each prospect is relevant

NEXT STEP Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a quick message exchange, then we award Phase 1. Ongoing monthly work comes only after Phase 1 quality is verified.
