Description:	Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks I’m looking for a UK-based senior UX/UI designer to redesign a homepage that must also function as a high-converting geo-targeted landing page. This is not a brochure website. This is a regulated B2B infrastructure platform used by planning professionals. The page must: Serve as the main homepage Serve as a paid traffic landing page (Google Ads) Dynamically adapt based on user location (e.g. Birmingham, Manchester) Preserve brand integrity (header, navigation, footer) Be conversion-focused without looking salesy Appeal to architects, planning consultants, technologists and technicians The Challenge We need to combine: • A professional infrastructure homepage • A high-intent landing page All within one coherent layout. Requirements You must: Be UK-based Have demonstrable B2B SaaS homepage experience Understand conversion psychology Be comfortable designing for professional / regulated industries Provide Figma (or similar) structured files This must feel: Stripe-level clarity GOV.UK structural discipline Professional, calm, infrastructure-grade Not gimmicky Not startup-y Not brochure-like Not a council microsite Technical Requirement The design must accommodate: Geo-based dynamic content insertion Cookie-based preferred location logic Modular reusable blocks You do NOT need to build it — just design with this in mind.
