We're a group of friends, marketing company based in Essex and London helping barbershops rank higher on Google Maps. We're building our client base and we want someone who's going to be part of the team. You'll learn our business inside and out, understand what we do and why it works, and be someone barbershop owners actually enjoy talking to.
How It Works
1. You call barbershop owners and pitch our free Google Business Profile (GBP) audit 2. If they're interested, we send them a custom-built HTML diagnostic tool that shows them exactly what's wrong with their Google presence and what they're missing out on 3. You then walk them through the demo over the phone and close them on our done-for-you GBP optimisation service
You're involved from the first call all the way through to the close.
What We're Looking For
- British accent — essential. You need to sound local and be relatable to barbershop owners. If you're from Essex, that's a added bonus - Natural, conversational phone manner — not salesy, not scripted-sounding - Sales or cold calling experience at an entry level or above — you don't need to be a seasoned closer but you should have been on the phones before and know how to hold a conversation - Comfortable making high volumes of calls ( 300 per week) - Someone who wants to genuinely be part of a growing team, learn the business properly, and grow with us The Numbers
- 300 cold calls per week or more - Our current yes rate is roughly 1 in 20 calls for a free audit booking (so cold calling would be about 40£ ph)
Pay
- £20 per booked free audit lead - £150 per closed client (after the demo)
