Expected duration: less than 1 week I'm looking for an experienced architectural designer or CAD specialist to create a detailed floor plan based on my ideal layout for a residential property.
I already have a rough layout with my design preferences. The goal is to maximize space efficiency, avoiding unnecessary communal areas or hallways.
✅ Key Requirements: Use my provided layout to produce a professional, scaled floor plan. 1. The Ground floor should have 2 ensuite bedrooms ( with a small kitchenette ) + a shared kitchen ( Accessible to all the tenants ) 2. The First Floor should have 2 ensuite bedrooms with a small kitchenette. 3. The Second Floor should have 1 Ensuite Bedroom with kitchenette. 3. All rooms must be optimized for space, with minimal or no corridor/wasted areas.
This is a one-off task, but it could lead to future work if results are good. Please include samples of similar work if available.
I am attaching the layout of the current floor plan and also a sample for the kind of work I am expecting.
