The patch will be 60 mm × 22 mm, 2.5 – 3 mm thick, produced in soft PVC/TPU with a matte finish. The composition must combine Text and Icon elements; I want a clear hierarchy without visual clutter, so careful attention to typography weight, kerning, and icon balance inside the tight horizontal format is critical. Besides the front-facing look, the file must drive tooling directly, so each relief depth and color needs to be cleanly separated in vector format. Premium restraint is non-negotiable—every millimeter has to earn its place.
