ProActiv are direct sales and marketing specialists, working face-to-face with over 15,000 business owners across the UK.
We are now entering the early stages of building a new national direct sales team.
Traditionally, our sales professionals generate their own appointments through cold calling and canvassing. As we scale, we are now looking to implement a structured social media lead generation system that delivers consistent, high-quality appointments directly into specific postcode areas (e.g. S10) for each sales representative.
The Objective
To generate 7+ qualified appointments per salesperson, per postcode area, per day (consistently) either:
Remote (Zoom/Teams)
Or face-to-face meetings
This is not about vanity metrics. This is about booked, confirmed business appointments.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven social media expert who:
Specialises in one or more key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Has proven experience generating B2B leads
Understands local targeting and postcode-level segmentation
Can design, build, and optimise a repeatable appointment-generation system
Is comfortable working with performance targets
