Project Description: I am seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to provide high-quality administrative support for 25 hours per week. This role requires a professional who is comfortable working within US business hours to assist with daily operations.
Key Tasks:
Data Management: Accurate entry and organization of data within spreadsheets and specialized applications.
Document Processing: Formatting and editing professional documents using MS Word and Excel.
Online Research: Conducting web-based research and compiling data into clear, actionable formats.
System Maintenance: Providing general support across various digital tools and computer applications to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Advanced MS Office Skills: Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.
Availability: 5 hours daily, Monday through Friday, during US timezones (EST/CST preferred).
Communication: Strong English skills for clear, daily coordination.
Accuracy: A commitment to error-free data entry and following specific project instructions.
