About Fragrance Forte Fragrance Forte is a fast-growing UK luxury fragrance distributor and retailer, specialising in premium Arabic perfumes. We are building a category-leading brand in the UK and preparing for global expansion across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We operate across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, wholesale channels, and are expanding into Amazon and other international marketplaces. We are now looking for a tech-savvy digital operator who can take ownership of our digital infrastructure and scale it globally.
The Role This is not a basic VA or social media role. This is a systems-builder and operator role for someone who can: Manage and optimise our Shopify website Oversee TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop & future Amazon expansion Implement internationalisation (multi-language, multi-currency, multi-domain) Create operational systems and SOPs Build and eventually lead a remote digital team You will work directly with the Founder and play a critical role in scaling Fragrance Forte internationally.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Website & Global Expansion Shopify optimisation (speed, UX, CRO, SEO) Multi-language website implementation Multi-currency setup International shipping configuration Domain strategy (.com, .eu, region-specific) Payment gateway expansion Tax & VAT configuration for global selling Structuring the site for international SEO Marketplace Management TikTok Shop optimisation & compliance Instagram & Meta Commerce Amazon Seller Central setup & launch Marketplace SEO & listing optimisation Managing violations, compliance, and policies Affiliate & influencer integration systems Systems & Automation Build backend SOPs Implement automation tools (Zapier, Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) Customer service workflows Inventory sync across channels Reporting dashboards Data tracking & performance KPIs Team Building Recruit & manage remote team members (VA, CS, design, content) Create training documentation Structure scalable processes Oversee freelancers & agencies
Who We’re Looking For You are: Extremely tech-savvy Systems-oriented Commercially minded Comfortable working independently Experienced with scaling e-commerce brands Essential Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce operations Advanced Shopify knowledge Multi-marketplace management experience Understanding of international expansion logistics Strong problem-solving ability Strong written English Highly Desirable: Experience scaling a brand from UK → International Experience in fragrance / beauty industry Amazon FBA experience Experience managing remote teams Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels Knowledge of compliance in cosmetics retail
