The key responsibilities include translating content from Portuguese and Spanish into English while maintaining precision and clarity, ensuring the translations retain the original meaning, tone, and context, proofreading and editing translations to eliminate errors, and collaborating with clients or teams to clarify any unclear content. The translator will also be expected to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Applicants must have proven experience in Portuguese-to-English , or Spanish-to-English translation, with strong command of written and spoken Portuguese and English, or Spanish and English. The ability to accurately convey tone and intent in translations is crucial, along with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are required, and experience in specialized fields like legal, medical, or business translation is a plus but not required.
