We are looking for a dedicated WordPress Support Manager to assist with managing customer support emails and tickets.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress and the ability to troubleshoot common issues. You must be able to do website migrations, PHP version updates, plugin maintenance and have a high level understanding of Elementor PRO.
You will be responsible for providing timely responses to customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about helping others and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you! Excellent spoken English is needed. This role will be based around UK working hours from Monday - Friday.
