Seeking a supportive & emotionally intelligent right-hand PA / VA for a long-term role supporting a female founder. Full Role Details: Overview: I am looking for a long-term Right-Hand PA / VA to support me as a founder. This is a PA-first role, with VA responsibilities growing over time as the business expands. The core purpose of the role is to reduce cognitive load, provide calm and reliable support, and grow with a purpose-driven business.
Key Responsibilities: Inbox triage, drafting replies, and follow-ups Calendar management, reminders, and booking appointments Light personal administration Support setting up a property sourcing & e-commerce business and later expanding into a creative and community-based enterprise Light social media support (Instagram & TikTok): posting, caption formatting, and scheduling (content ideas provided via notes or voice notes)
Brand & Tone Context: Divine Feminine abundance & leadership. Energy, transformation, abundance, luxury, and sovereignty, freedom lifestyle. Aspirational content focused on outcomes and identity. Supporting solo mums and neurodivergent women to achieve the lifestyle.
The business will later expand into memberships, events, retreats, Reiki/circles, and energy transformational offerings and experiences. The PA must be emotionally intelligent, grounded, discreet, and aligned with this tone.
Essential requirements: This role supports a women-centred, feminine-led brand and community. For alignment and comfort within the nature of the work, female candidates are strongly preferred Proactive, attuned, supportive and emotionally intelligent Excellent English, written and spoken, professional UK-accent for calls Experience supporting a founder/entrepreneur Comfortable with a neurodivergent founder Able to work asynchronously via WhatsApp
Location Guidance: Does not need to be UK-based however Must sound natural and professional for UK calls, able to connect and build rapport on telephone, and be available to work during some UK daytime.
Hours & Budget: 5 hours per week to start £200/month, increasing quickly for the right long-term fit
