I am planning to build a full-featured e-commerce website starting from an existing MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) project. The goal is to enhance the current application with modern e-commerce functionalities and integrate cryptocurrency payment options for users worldwide.

Backend (Node.js + Express)
Extend existing RESTful APIs to handle orders, inventory, and payment processing.
Secure authentication and authorization for users and admins.
Admin dashboard for managing products, orders, and payments.

Maintain product catalog, user accounts, orders, and transaction history.
Ensure proper indexing and optimization for fast queries.
