We are looking for a reliable LinkedIn Social Media Assistant to support our company with ongoing marketing and outreach tasks on a project-by-project basis. This is a fully remote freelance role, and you will work using your own LinkedIn account and tools.
Responsibilities Research and identify relevant LinkedIn profiles, groups, and companies based on our brief (leads, candidates, or partners).
Draft and refine professional outreach messages, follow-ups, and basic comments according to our templates and tone of voice.
Help prepare simple LinkedIn content: post ideas, basic text posts, formatting and scheduling suggestions.
Track your activities in a simple Google Sheet or document (who was contacted, when, result/status).
Provide short summaries or basic reports at the end of each project (what was done, key outcomes, suggestions).
What we provide / Access and tools Clear briefs for each project with target audience, goals, and message templates.
Guidelines for tone, do’s and don’ts, and examples of previous communication.
We do not ask for any passwords or direct access to our internal systems or accounts; all work is done from your own LinkedIn and device.
Requirements Proven experience with LinkedIn (lead generation, recruiting support, or social media assistance).
Strong written English and ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly way.
Good attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and respect for confidentiality.
Reliable communication and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
Experience with HR, tech, B2B, or European markets is a plus but not mandatory.
Payment and collaboration This is a project-based collaboration (not a full-time or salaried position).
Payment will be agreed per project or per hour before starting each task, depending on the scope.
We will begin with a small paid test project; if it goes well, there is potential for ongoing work.
