- Refresh the periods for service that can be purchased. - Re-design the after purchase flow (emails being sent via wordpress - keeps hitting junk). Want to de-design to come from our central inbox - we can just zapier for this if needed. - Improve the UI for the end customer experience. - Improve the UI on the after purchase notification via email.
This is a project where an existing process and structure is in place - we just need to tweak, improve and level this up.
