We operate two clinic brands in London, each with separate positioning and social media channels:
Danugur – skincare, aesthetics, wellbeing for men and women
MAEN – men-specific aesthetics, skincare and wellbeing
Dermatology Clinic- Name TBC
We are an early-stage business and are currently phasing out ad-hoc support, looking for a hands-on social media specialist who can help build consistent online presence, engagement and paid social activity in a measured, commercially sensible way.
This role is suited to someone experienced but comfortable working with startup budgets, testing what works before scaling. Scope of Work
Manage separate social accounts for Danugur and MAEN Dermatology (Name TBC)
Content planning and scheduling (posts, reels, stories)
Drive engagement, visibility and brand awareness
Paid social advertising (Meta ads: Instagram & Facebook)
Audience targeting aligned to clinic services and locations
Light reporting on performance and engagement
Platforms (Priority)
Instagram (primary)
Facebook (secondary / ads & local reach)
TikTok (optional but desirable, especially for MAEN)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing clinic, beauty, aesthetics or wellness brands
Comfortable running paid social ads, not just posting content
Ability to adapt tone for men-specific vs inclusive brands
Clear pricing and realistic expectations
Startup mindset: test, refine, improve

This is a startup engagement with controlled budgets. We are not looking for agency pricing or long-term retainers at this stage.
