Job Description We are building a custom AI sales agent that qualifies inbound website leads and books appointments for a fixed-income investment product. The system is built around Lovable as the CRM and workflow hub. This role is not about training AI models. It is about AI orchestration, automation, and clean CRM integration inside Lovable. The AI agent will: Qualify inbound leads using rules and scoring Capture structured data (allocation range, timeframe, objections) Decide whether to book a call or nurture Book appointments via calendar Push structured data into Lovable (contacts, deals, activities) Scope of Work You will be responsible for: Implementing AI workflow logic (rules + decision trees) Orchestrating LLM calls (no fine-tuning required) Website chat integration Calendar booking logic (Calendly or Google Calendar) Lovable CRM setup and integration Pipelines & stages Custom fields Deal creation & updates Activity / note logging Webhooks & API connections Structured outputs (JSON → Lovable fields) Testing & edge-case handling You will not be responsible for: UI design beyond basic chat embedding Sales copy or strategy (we provide this) Machine learning or model training Required Skills Please apply only if you are comfortable with: APIs & webhooks CRM automation (Lovable experience strongly preferred) No-code / low-code automation (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) Handling structured data (JSON) Implementing business logic and decision rules Nice to have (not required): Prior Lovable builds AI chatbot / sales agent experience Appointment-booking workflows Key Screening Question (IMPORTANT) Please answer this in your proposal: Explain how you would take structured AI outputs (e.g. qualification score, allocation range, objections) and write them into Lovable as contacts, deals, and activities using webhooks or the Lovable API.
