We will select the freelancer for the full project based on an initial draft cover concept, and then give designer the full job to complete: - the final cover design, and - the full interior formatting/layout (once the final manuscript is ready).
This book must feel high-end, authoritative, and suitable for a high net worth audience. Clean, elegant, and professional.
We will provide a draft manuscript only as a sample to show the length and concept. The text is still being edited, so no interior formatting work is required at this stage. The current cover is AI-generated for sample purposes only - we do not like it and we do not want any covers submitted in a similar style.
We want to see a draft cover concept (1–2 options is ideal). We will choose the designer who best matches our brand and then proceed with the full project.
The cover should: - Look premium and trustworthy - Be minimal, elegant, corporate - Fit a serious non-fiction/business tone - Be suitable for Amazon (KDP)
Once selected, the chosen designer will: - Finalise the cover design - Format the full book interior (layout + placement of images) - Deliver final files in publishable formats: print-ready PDF for Amazon KDP and Word version (or editable source file, as agreed).
Timeline: - We want to review draft cover concepts and select a designer quickly. - Once the final manuscript is provided, we need the full book formatting completed within 3 days of receiving it. - Target publication date: no later than next Friday.
