Key Responsibilities
- Audit and refresh existing Klaviyo email flows - Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates - Develop new automated flows to improve customer engagement and retention - Write compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience
Requirements
- Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing (flows, segmentation, template design) - Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion - Creative flair for designing visually impactful emails - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns - Familiarity with e-commerce brands, preferably in health, beauty, or lifestyle sectors - Excellent communication and project management skills
