We are a letting agency based in London seeking a digital marketing specialist to manage Google Ads and email campaigns. Our main objective is to generate high-quality landlord leads.
Scope of work Google Ads
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. - Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversions. - Manage budgets, bids, and negative keywords. - Track performance and provide regular reports.
Email Marketing (Referral-Based)
- Manage email campaigns using referral contacts provided by contractors who already work with landlords. - Build and optimise email sequences within a CRM/email automation tool. - Segment contacts and track engagement (opens, replies, conversions). - Improve deliverability and response rates through testing and optimisation.
This is an ongoing project and we will need somebody to work with on a long term basis
