We require an experienced Web Performance Specialist to optimize the loading speed and overall performance of our hybrid WordPress/AngularJS website: https://pibuk.org/property-investment-training-courses-networking-events/
This is an urgent project requiring immediate commencement (within 48 hours) with completion by 14th January 2026.
Scope of Work
Optimize website performance including:
● Page load speed improvements ● Core Web Vitals optimization ● Database query optimization ● Asset minification and compression ● Caching strategy implementation ● CDN configuration review ● Image optimization ● Code efficiency improvements ● Server response time reduction
Technical Environment
Essential compatibility requirements:
● AngularJS 1.5.7 ● Slim Framework 2.6.1 ● PHP 8.4.2 ● MySQL ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.40 (debian-linux-gnu) ● XAMPP v8.2.12 ● WordPress (heavily dependent on Elementor)
Working Conditions
● 100% remote work via screen sharing (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or agreed alternative) ● All work conducted through shared screen access to comply with our data privacy and security policies ● No direct file transfers - all modifications performed remotely on our environment
Performance Metrics & Payment Terms
During the initial interview, we will:
● Review and record current website speed metrics using agreed testing tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, WebPageTest) ● Establish baseline performance measurements ● Agree on a minimum percentage speed improvement target ● Confirm that all improvements must maintain 100% existing functionality with no detriment to the current webpage
Payment is dependent on:
● Achieving the agreed minimum speed improvement percentage ● Zero loss of existing functionality or features ● All existing codebase working without issues ● Successful completion by the 14th January deadline ● Satisfactory testing period (4 working days)
Deliverables & Requirements
● Proven working demonstration on programmer's own webpage before final implementation ● Before/after performance metrics documentation ● Comprehensive list of all files/folders modified or added ● Clear integration instructions provided in Word document format ● File amendments to existing files should be placed at the bottom of each file where practical ● Full compatibility with existing codebase - no breaking changes
Timeline
● Start Date: Within 48 hours of award ● Completion Deadline: 14th January 2026 ● Payment Release: Within 4 working days after completion (allowing time for testing)
Required Experience
● Proven experience optimizing WordPress/AngularJS hybrid applications ● Strong knowledge of legacy AngularJS (1.x) optimization ● Experience with Slim Framework ● MySQL query optimization expertise ● Elementor performance optimization experience ● Portfolio of similar speed optimization projects with documented performance improvements ● Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
