I’m building an online business that helps hotel hire people roles. I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who already knows how to do online research and outreach through LinkedIn and can work quite independently . This is mainly lead-generation work, not general admin. Your main tasks will be: researching hotels that fit our niche identifying the right contact people (GM / HR / Sustainability / Operations) sending outreach messages by email or LinkedIn tracking all leads and replies in Google Sheets basic candidate sourcing when needed You should already be comfortable with: LinkedIn search and contact finding Google Sheets or Excel finding decision-makers (not reception email addresses) writing short, clear messages in English I will provide: message templates clear goals feedback when needed But you should be capable of figuring things out without step-by-step training.
