Quick honesty: we don’t need “magic”. We need someone who runs ads consistently every week and improves things step by step. If it clicks, we’ll scale both hours and budget.
Rate: $25-$35+ /hr (depends on experience and results) Hours: start 5-10 hrs/week, grow to 15-25 hrs/week Ad budget: starting around $2000-3000/month, and we increase it as performance improves.
