Overview: We’re looking for an experienced social media manager/strategist who specialises in founder-led content and personal branding for founders and business owners.
You’ll work closely with two founders to shape their personal brands, clarify the target audience, and build a consistent content strategy that genuinely represents them - not generic “social media posting.” This is a growth-focused role built on insight, positioning, and high-quality execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Strategy + positioning -Define each founder’s personal brand: tone, themes, opinions, narrative, and “why people should care” -Identify target market(s), audience personas, and content angles that resonate -Build a simple but effective content strategy and posting cadence per platform -Create a content system: pillars, hooks, series, recurring formats, and engagement approach -Track what’s working and iterate weekly (not set-and-forget)
Content creation (ghostwriting) -Ghostwrite posts in each founder’s voice (it must sound like them, not like a marketer) -Turn rough notes, voice messages, calls, or bullet points into high-performing posts -Write content that is clear, confident, and tailored per platform (X vs LinkedIn vs IG captions)
Instagram content + design -Create strong-looking Instagram posts (carousels, single-image posts, simple reels concepts if relevant) -Ensure visuals match the brand, are clean, and professional -Repurpose content across platforms without it feeling copied and pasted
Publishing + scheduling -Agree a posting schedule with us and manage a content calendar -Schedule posts where possible and manage posting workflows -0Coordinate approvals efficiently and keep everything organised
Growth + engagement -Help grow reach, impressions, and followers with intentional content and smart iteration -Suggest engagement actions (commenting strategy, relationship building, community growth) -Provide monthly reporting with insights and recommended adjustments

-Proven experience with founder-led content / personal branding for founders -Strong ghostwriting skills (capturing voice is non-negotiable) -Experience creating high-quality Instagram visuals (carousels, clean graphics, strong layout) -Ability to develop and execute a strategy across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram -Excellent written English and sharp attention to detail -Comfortable working closely with founders and translating ideas into content that performs
