You’ll need to draft the Form IAA application notice, update and finalise my supporting witness statement (with exhibits and correct statement of truth), and provide a clean service pack so I can serve the Secretary of State “forthwith” and comply with the Insolvency Rules notice requirements, including preparing evidence of service suitable for filing. The matter is in the High Court (Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List) and is listed for hearing on 27 January 2026, so I need court-ready documents quickly.
