I am looking for a professional Canva designer to create three clean, corporate documents for my business, which provides IT hardware inspection services to insurers and loss adjusters.
This is not a marketing or sales project. The designs must be simple, process-driven, and suitable for an insurance / claims audience.
The final deliverables must be fully editable
1. Claims Process Infographic (1 page – landscape)
A clean, visual infographic showing the process: Incident → Instruction → Site Visit → Inspection → Repair / Replace Decision → Report → Claim Settlement
Corporate Minimal Icons + arrows White / light background Blue / grey colour palette Looks like an insurer internal document
2. What Happens When You Call Us” One-Pager (A4) A simple, step-by-step document explaining what happens after an insurer or loss adjuster instructs us.
One page only Clear numbered steps No sales language Professional services style Easy to read and forward internally
3. Claims-Focused Brochure (2 pages max, A4)
A professional brochure explaining: Who we work with What we inspect Why specialist IT inspections matter What insurers receive Coverage & turnaround Corporate / insurance tone
Style requirements: Calm, neutral layout No testimonials No pricing No “marketing fluff” Suitable for vendor approval packs
What I Will Provide: All written copy for all three documents Clear structure and layout guidance Branding (logo + colours)

Budget Open to sensible proposals. This is a one-off project with potential for ongoing work.
