Mutual Paper is seeking a creative, tech-savvy AI Artist to join our fully remote team. You’ll use AI tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and DALL·E, alongside Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, to create illustrations, visuals, and digital assets that elevate our brand and client projects. You’ll collaborate with the team to produce engaging content that blends artistry with AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality AI-generated artwork weekly, including marketing assets, social media content, and client visuals.
Maintain a reusable visual library of AI assets to ensure brand consistency.
Experiment with AI tools, document best practices, and create repeatable processes for prompts, edits, and outputs.
Collaborate on campaigns and storytelling, delivering 3–4 creative sets monthly.
Push creative boundaries with new AI applications (animations, templates, multimedia), proposing at least one innovative idea per month.
Ensure timely delivery and revisions for all projects.
Design vector and typographic posters with grids, modular systems, and multi-ratio masters (3:4 → 2:3 → 1:1).
Deliver print-ready assets (PDF/X, CMYK/spot, ICC profiles) and photoreal mockups with accurate lighting, reflections, and scale.
Maintain brand systems, reusable templates, and clear file versioning.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital art, illustration, or design (portfolio required)
Hands-on experience with MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar AI tools
Expert in Adobe Illustrator (vector, type, grids) and Photoshop (compositing, retouching, photoreal staging)
Strong creative vision and attention to design principles
Knowledge of typography, color management, and print/web standards
Bonus: familiarity with print-on-demand platforms (Printful, Printify, Gelato) and pre-press basics
