This is a SaaS product with a confirmed direction, confirmed architecture, and confirmed commercial goals. It is NOT a demo, NOT an experiment, NOT an AI tool showcase, and NOT a simple outsourced website project.
If you only do frontend, or only build websites, or only integrate APIs, or only play with AI interfaces, do NOT apply.
2. We are ONLY looking for engineers who have ALL of the following four capabilities All four are mandatory.
You must have personally built: - Core backend business logic - Complex state transitions (not simple CRUD) - Backend systems that run stably for a long time
You must be able to independently handle: - Task scheduling - Automated workflow control - Exception handling and recovery
You are not someone who just writes code based on tickets. You must be able to: - Understand business rules - Translate business logic directly into system logic - Know why a system must be designed one way instead of another
We do not need documentation writers. We need someone who can solve business problems through the system itself.
3) Real SaaS Platform Experience (Must Be Real and Live)
You must have personally launched and maintained: - Multi-user systems - Multi-role permission systems - SaaS platforms running long-term in production
This must be real production experience. Course projects, demo projects, practice projects, or templates do NOT count.
4) Distributed / Multi-Region System Experience (Strong Plus)
Our current system architecture: - Primary server: Singapore - Backup server: Europe (Frankfurt) - Global access via CDN
You must understand: - Primary/backup switching - Disaster recovery - Multi-region operational logic
You do not need to invent new technology, but you MUST have real hands-on experience or deep involvement.
3. What you MUST provide (otherwise do not apply)
When applying, you MUST directly provide:
1) A live SaaS website that you personally built and launched 2) A clear explanation of: - Which parts you were responsible for - Whether the core logic was designed and implemented by you 3) The product must be highly similar to the following characteristics: - Automated workflows - Unattended / no-human-in-the-loop execution - System-driven decision making and execution
AI tools, content generation sites, simple admin panels, or frontend showcase products will NOT be reviewed.
4. Collaboration model and budget
This is a long-term product, not a one-time delivery. Collaboration is milestone-based. Budget is clear and negotiable based on capability and delivery.
If you are truly the right person, price is not the problem.
