Expected duration: Ongoing I am looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to handle the end-to-end production of SEO content for my clients. You will be responsible for following a set procedure to create plans, write content briefs, oversee/write the copy, and handle the final upload to WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning: Build out content calendars based on a provided internal procedure.
Briefing: Create detailed SEO content briefs (including keywords, headings, and intent).
Content Creation & Editing: Write high-quality articles or edit drafts to ensure they meet strict in-house quality and SEO criteria.
We use a human-in-the-loop AI workflow to scale our content. We have established prompts that we use to generate drafts, but we are looking for a freelancer who can:
Refine & Improve Prompts: Suggest ways to make our existing AI prompts more effective for specific client niches.
Fact-Check & Humanize: Ensure AI outputs are factually accurate, free of hallucinations, and rewritten to sound natural and authoritative.
SEO Calibration: Adjust AI drafts to meet our specific keyword density and internal linking requirements.
WordPress Management: Upload approved content, format it correctly, add metadata, and implement a smart internal linking strategy.
Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure all content matches the client's brand voice.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with WordPress (Gutenberg/Elementor/Classic Editor).
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO (headers, keyword density, internal linking).
Experience using SEO tools (e.g., SEM Rush and Ahrefs) is a plus.
Native-level English writing and meticulous editing skills.
Ability to follow a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) exactly.
Budget & Hours: I am looking for a long-term freelance partnership. Please provide your hourly rate or a fixed price per article (e.g., for a 2000-word piece inclusive of briefing and uploading).
And one off costs for content plans - based on 2 articles a month for 12months.
