Purpose is to establish sender reputation, validate list handling, accuracy, confirm loader reliability, and identify issues before scale. Reduced sender volume apply. Written directives only. Continuation beyond warm-up is based on checklist compliance, zero error tolerance, clear communication, and no unapproved actions.
SEND VOLUME SCHEDULE
Through January 27, 2026--500 e-mails a day maximum. January 28 through mid-February 2026. Up to 3,000 email per day. Mid=February through February 28, 2026: Up to 4,000 emails per day. Any volume after February 28, 2025 is to be determined by written directive only.
IMMEDIATE HOLD RULE
If any issue is detected all sending is to stop immediately. No resumption without written clearance is permitted.
ROLE
E-Mail list loading and pre-send checks (final verification before sending) only. No strategy and no systems authority,
PACKAGE DELIVERY & CADANCE
E-Mail packets are provided in two-week increments via e-mail. No work is to begin washout receipt of the current packets.
SCOPE
Duties are limited to the approved Loader Check list. Anything outside requires written approval.
CADENCE
Bi-weekly or as directed. No guaranteed volume or schedule
COMPENSATION
Fixed fee per bi-weekly cycle. No hourly billing. No deposits beyond the active cycle. Payment issued after check list completion.
ACCESS & control
No administrative access. No DNS or domain access. No Credential sharing.

All list, campaigns, data and procedures are confidential.
