I also want to introduce a referral scheme onto my website which rewards customers and new customers. The way i want it to work is as follows: - An existing customer receives 15% off for every new customer who places a first-time order. - The new customer will also receive 15% off their first order with us. - There is no limit to the number of NEW customers that can be referred. For every customer they successfully refer (meaning new customers that make a purchase via their referral link), they'll get 15% off an order. - When a new customer uses a unique referral link, the discount will automatically be applied to their first order at checkout (important that it is automatically applied at checkout to their first order and not manually written). - Whenever a customer has made a purchase via a referral link, an email confirmation needs to be sent to the person who referred the customer. This is so they can track how well they are performing. - If a new customer cancels an order before fulfillment, the referral discount for the customer won't be valid and the reward for referring will also be cancelled. - There needs to be a portal for customers to track their referrals (can be incorporated onto the site or via an email link which directs them to the portal).
Would like these changes implemented ASAP.
