Cold Email Deliverability Specialist Required to Diagnose and Fix Inbox Issues
I run a boutique management consulting firm working with private equity and asset-backed businesses. I recently hired a freelancer to set up my cold email outreach system, including domain configuration, DNS records, a sending platform, and a warm-up process.
The system is set up to send instantly using a fresh domain name and three email addresses from that domain.
On paper, everything looks correct and the system should be operating smoothly.
However, despite this, my emails are still going straight into SPAM.
I now need someone who can diagnose the real issue and fix it properly. This requires someone who understands the technical side of email infrastructure, reputation, and inbox placement in depth.
What I Need • A full diagnostic of my current setup to identify why inbox placement is failing • Correction of any issues with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, or subdomain configuration • Review of sending platform settings (Instantly) to ensure limits, rotation, and throttling are correct • A validated warm-up approach that actually matches industry best practice • An inbox placement test before and after your work (GlockApps or similar) • Clear guidance on how to operate and maintain the system once fixed Deliverables • A functional, stable cold email system that reliably reaches inboxes • A short diagnostic report detailing what was wrong and how it has been resolved • Practical operating instructions for ongoing use Requirements • Demonstrable experience diagnosing and fixing deliverability issues • Strong technical knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, and domain reputation • Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly, SmartLead, HeyReach, Folderly, WarmupInbox, and GlockApps • Evidence of before-and-after improvements on previous projects • Clear communication and good documentation
