I’m looking to hire a cold email professional who uses their OWN fully-warmed sending infrastructure. The right person already has warmed domains, warmed dedicated IPs, and a working SMTP/PMTA/MailWizz (or similar) sending setup that can start sending immediately.
Here’s exactly what I need:
REQUIREMENTS:
You must use your own warmed domains
You must use your own warmed IPv4s
You must have your own SMTP/PMTA/MailWizz/Postfix/Postmaster setup
No Instantly, no Smartlead, no cloud ESPs
No building or warming domains for me — your system must already be fully operational
Ability to send 25k to 50k cold emails per day
Strong inbox placement for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL
Bounce processing & suppression handling
Complaint/FBL handling
Domain + IP rotation
Daily reporting
MUST show seed inbox results before hiring
BUDGET:
$1000 to $2000 per month depending on volume and deliverability
Ongoing long-term project for the right person
TEST REQUIRED BEFORE HIRING:
10–20 email seed test to my Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo/private domain inboxes
Must show inbox screenshots
DO NOT APPLY IF:

You use MY domains or MY IPs
Your system is not already warmed and ready to send immediately
