I have an company that has been inactive for 5 months. It was a small business that almost wen bankrupt but I have put personal funds in to cover expenses. Last accounts we done up to 31 May 2024. I need to prepare 2 sets of accounts (longer than 12 month period), submit the final VAT return, deregister from VAT and close the company. I can probably handle the last 2 items as they are probably just administrative. I use Xero, and have all the bank statements reconciled. I need this done in the next 2 weeks.
