We’re now hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead a team, manage fast-moving projects, and drive consistent marketing output across multiple brands.

What You’ll Lead
- Manage a cross-functional marketing team (creatives, strategists, content producers, media buyers) - Own project delivery across all marketing streams to ensure deadlines are met—no exceptions - Build and oversee content calendars for multiple brands - Develop clear content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives - Ensure all tasks are properly briefed, tracked, and completed on time inside Monday CRM - Coordinate daily with the CMO & Marketing Director to maintain momentum across all active accounts - Oversee social media management workflows: planning, approvals, posting, reporting - Keep the team accountable with structured check-ins and a high standard of execution - Maintain brand consistency across every deliverable - Operate in a fast-paced, agency-style culture where priorities shift and speed matters
We Need Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of marketing management or agency leadership experience - Has proven expertise in content strategy + content planning + social media management - Knows how to lead people, not just manage tasks - Understands how to drive performance in fast-moving environments - Has strong project management instincts and won’t let tasks slip - Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently - Thrives in structured systems and keeps teams aligned - Is fluent in the tools that keep us running: - Monday CRM - Google Workspace - Slack - Major social media platforms + publishing tools - Has the composure to handle multiple brands at once - Can work in Dubai time zone (Gulf Standard Time) 10am to 6pm - Has weekend availability when necessary for time-sensitive deliverables
